College Hall Pupil Referral Unit is no ordinary educational setting, something all our young people pick up on straight away. Most have a history of disaffected behaviour, and it’s up to all our staff to help them find the confidence they need to reveal the bright personality that’s inside.
Full time Teacher posts - required for January 2021 or sooner
Teachers' pay scale depending on experience Intertest in Maths or Science would be advantageous SEN allowance £4359 (fte) for suitably experienced candidates
(You will need a Full UK Driving License and own transport)
Small classes/1:1 sessions mean you'll get to know the pupils well, building a mutual respect that promotes effective teaching and learning. But it's not just about lessons. You'll need to be inspirational, determined, nurturing and resilient, and put as much effort into mealtimes and activities as you do into English and science
